1 oz (25g) - cooling, refreshing tea, anti-inflammatory and lovely for digestive aid.  use in Thai cooking.  I often made a pot of the tea and use this as the base for a soup or a curry, that way you get the flavour as sometimes the grass can be a bit tough when you're eating.
