25g/1oz - great herb for the gastric upsets of diarrhoea and IBS and colitis, and useful in hot flushes due to its oestrogenic substance.
It is a lovely herb for the nervous system if one is anxious.
Hops is also best known for its sedative property and even smells like it will help you sleep. It is slightly bitter so even if you dont like the taste, you can add other herbs to it or just make 1/2 cup of the tea. Buy 100g and make a "hop pillow" to which you can add lavender if you like.
CAUTION: Best not used in depression.
